The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for Regulatory Reporting. The successful candidate will be responsible for the timely and accurate delivery of comprehensive financial and regulatory reporting and analysis, in compliance with internal policies and external regulatory frameworks. This role involves managing accounting and financial risk, providing strategic advice on initiatives and new products, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure effective financial reporting. The CFO will also be accountable for the quality, accuracy, and timeliness of regulatory reports, and must maintain effective relationships with regulators. Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years' post-qualified experience in a finance, control, or analytical role within a financial institution, with a strong background in local regulatory reporting and dealing with regulators' requests. The role requires a good understanding of regulatory reporting rules, as well as experience in process management, validation, and a proven ability to leverage AI tools for business problem-solving. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, excellent business judgment, and the ability to lead change through project management. Financial control, leadership, and a collaborative approach to work are essential, as is the ability to communicate effectively in both Chinese and English.
