The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join one of its portfolio companies. The CFO will be responsible for leading the finance function, including financial planning, asset performance monitoring, and providing transaction support. This senior role demands a strategic leader who is also hands-on in financial execution. Key responsibilities for the CFO include leading budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting, as well as overseeing financial aspects of operating renewable energy assets. The successful candidate will also be involved in project financing, refinancing, and lender engagement, and will support various financial processes such as acquisitions, asset optimization, and disposals. Applicants for the CFO position at the company's portfolio must have a background in senior finance leadership, with experience as a CFO, Finance Director, or in an equivalent role. A strong background in renewable energy, power, infrastructure, or investment-backed asset business in Southeast Asia is essential. The role requires expertise in project finance, refinancing, and financial modeling, as well as experience in working with lenders, investors, boards, and professional advisers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial reporting, controls, audit, tax, treasury, and governance, and should be fluent in both Mandarin and English.
