Chief Information Officer (CIO) Greater Shanghai, China Area

The Company is seeking a Chief Information Officer (CIO) to coordinate and drive technology and business transformation initiatives for its China operations. The role includes aligning IT services and projects with business priorities, regulatory requirements, and industry standards across cybersecurity, applications, data and analytics, and infrastructure. The CIO will assess regional strategy and resource needs, deliver transformation programs with measurable business value, and collaborate with business leaders and global IT teams on priorities and delivery. The position also involves working with regulators, vendors, and other stakeholders. Candidates should have at least 10 years of IT leadership experience and a strong record of leading transformation initiatives and managing complex IT infrastructure. Experience in a multinational environment, balancing local needs with global standards, and leading cross-functional teams is required. Applicants should bring a strong understanding of cybersecurity, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to translate business needs into IT strategies. An MBA or relevant master’s degree is preferred.
