The Company is seeking a VP, Asset Management, Java Developer for Operations Technology. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing core module projects for the operation platform, promoting the company's financial technology work, and keeping abreast of FinTech developments to enhance the business's competitiveness. This role involves developing technical roadmaps, solving technical difficulties, and communicating with business users to ensure the successful completion of projects. The VP will also be tasked with tracking project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring the quality of the projects. Applicants must have a full-time undergraduate degree or above in a computer-related major, with at least 3 years of software development experience, including independent project development. Experience in FinTech project construction within the asset management industry, particularly in TA, FA, and operational processes, is essential. The role requires proficiency in the software development lifecycle, Java development, and microservice technology systems, with familiarity in frameworks such as Spring Boot and Spring Cloud. The ideal candidate will be adept at requirement analysis, system design, coding development, and project management, and will be expected to assist in developing standards for the system and ensure compliance with these standards.
