Assistant Vice President, Global Transaction Banking Planning Greater Singapore Area

The Company is seeking an Assistant Vice President to support strategic planning, business management, and performance monitoring across its regional transaction banking businesses. Responsibilities include developing growth and efficiency initiatives, analyzing business and market trends, monitoring performance and key indicators, and preparing plans and reports for senior management. The role also supports budgeting and resource planning, develops dashboards, and improves reporting processes, data quality, and governance. The successful candidate will coordinate with cross-functional and regional stakeholders to advance business priorities. Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, data analytics, or a related field, and at least five years of relevant experience in banking or financial services. A good understanding of transaction banking or related banking businesses, along with experience in performance management, portfolio monitoring, budgeting, or resource planning, is required. Strong Power BI skills and experience developing dashboards and management reports are essential; familiarity with SQL, Power Query, Tableau, Python, or VBA is an advantage. Candidates should demonstrate strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, be fluent in English, and be able to manage priorities across functions and regions.
