Vice President of Physical Security

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Physical Security to take on a pivotal role in owning and defining the physical security strategy, standards, and control assurance for its extensive portfolio. This senior leadership position is responsible for setting and maintaining a single security standard, incident doctrine, and evidence trail across the region. The successful candidate will lead a platform-led function with country guard-force oversight, organized into directorates covering physical security operations, security technology and systems, and security governance and risk. Key responsibilities include owning the physical security budget, policy, and minimum control standards, as well as leading executive and board-level business reviews. The role demands a candidate with a proven track record in physical security, critical infrastructure protection, or security operations, including experience in a senior leadership role managing across multiple countries. Applicants for the Vice President of Physical Security role at the company should have a minimum of 12 years' experience in the field, with at least 6 years in a senior leadership capacity. The role requires direct experience in budget ownership, headcount planning, and organizational design for a security function spanning multiple countries. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in physical security systems and a proven track record in security governance, risk management, and incident response. Established executive presence and the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels, including board-level and regulatory, are essential. The role also demands fluency in English and a willingness to travel across the Asia Pacific region.
