Associate Vice President, Digital Infrastructure Investment

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President for Digital Infrastructure Investment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end investment process for data center assets across APAC and Europe, from origination to closing. This includes sourcing, analyzing, structuring, and executing acquisitions to maximize risk-adjusted returns. The role also involves building financial models, presenting investment analysis to key stakeholders, and leading legal, tax, technical, and financial due diligence with advisers. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree, 5-7 years of relevant buyside experience, and a strong background in digital infrastructure, TMT, or general infrastructure real estate across the APAC or Asia region.
