Vice President of Investment Operations

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Investment Operations to oversee the day-to-day activities across the entire trade lifecycle for private credit and infrastructure strategies. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading operational readiness for new fund launches, Separately Managed Accounts (SMAs), new financial products, and strategic partnerships. This role involves partnering with internal teams on investor onboarding, KYC/AML coordination, capital calls, distributions, and investor reporting. Maintaining robust operational controls, governance standards, and compliance with regulatory requirements is also a key aspect of the position. Applicants should have 5-7 years' of relevant experience in asset management, with a focus on private credit or broader private markets. Hands-on experience in investment operations, fund administration oversight, trade workflows, and custodian management is essential. Exposure to fund/mandate launches and an understanding of regulatory requirements, particularly MAS CMS Licensing, is a significant advantage. The ideal candidate will be a highly analytical problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and is adept at rolling up their sleeves to get the job done. A Bachelor's degree is required, and no additional qualifications are specified.
