Head of HR Business Partnering

The Company is seeking a Head of HR Business Partnering to advise senior leaders and shape strategic people decisions aligned with business goals. The role will lead forward-looking workforce strategies as the organization adapts to digital and AI-enabled change, using data and emerging technologies to improve ways of working, employee experience, and organizational capability. The successful candidate will guide leaders through change, contribute market insights, and challenge assumptions where appropriate. They will also mentor the HR business partnering team, share best practices, and strengthen its advisory capabilities and operating rhythm. Candidates should have at least 15 years of HR experience and a strong record of leading HR business partnering in complex environments. They must be able to demonstrate direct partnership with senior executives on organization-wide people initiatives and connect HR strategies to critical business priorities. Strategic thinking, sound business judgment, and an interest in digital tools, data, and emerging technologies are essential. Experience across multiple geographic regions is an advantage.
