Vice President, Human Resources, APME

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Human Resources to shape and drive the people agenda across a diverse regional business. As a member of the regional leadership team, this executive will lead transformation and culture change, strengthen organizational capability, and support business growth through a contemporary HR operating model. The role will serve as a strategic advisor to senior regional leaders and partner with global HR expertise and people services teams to deliver strong employee experiences and business outcomes. Candidates should be seasoned, commercially minded HR leaders with deep experience leading large-scale transformation and organizational change in complex, matrixed global environments. A strong record of partnering with manufacturing businesses across diverse markets and building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across geographies and cultures is essential. Experience with contemporary HR operating models and collaboration with specialist HR and people services teams is highly valued. International experience and a track record in high-performing global organizations are also desirable.
