Associate Vice President, Global Realty Services Asset Manager Greater Singapore Area

The Company is seeking an Assistant Vice President for Global Realty Services, with a focus on Project Management Office and Asset Management. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the APAC GRS Project Management Office, ensuring the successful execution of facilities and capital fit-out/refurbishment/life cycle projects, and maintaining alignment with the organization's strategic goals. This role also involves leading the onsite facilities operations and engineering team, driving project efficiency, and enforcing a governance framework for project management and facilities operational excellence. The ideal candidate should be adept at managing challenging situations, have a strong ability to engage with stakeholders, and be a champion of continuous improvement. Key responsibilities for this role include overseeing the organization's project portfolio, developing and implementing a visionary PMO strategy, and proactively monitoring project progress. The candidate will also be involved in resource management, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration, and ensuring project delivery excellence. In addition, the role encompasses facilities and asset management, data analytics, and transaction management. The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, a minimum of 5 years' of work experience in facilities project management, and a proven track record in PMO. Proficiency in project management software, a good understanding of financial principles, and experience in a highly matrixed MNC organization are essential. The role requires a proactive, adaptable, and team-oriented individual with a growth mindset and a strong focus on results.
