The Company is seeking a VP, GWB Regional PMO Project Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be a key member of the GWB Business Management team, responsible for project-managing a suite of key business initiatives, tracking and driving timely project execution, and engaging in process re-design and re-engineering. This role requires the ability to identify and track risks and issues, report project status to senior management, and facilitate strategic discussions. The VP will also be involved in solution implementation, including business requirements gathering, impact assessment, and managing user acceptance testing. Applicants must have a recognized tertiary education with at least 10 years of experience in the banking or financial industry, specifically in COO, project management, process re-engineering, or strategy development. The role demands excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, as well as strong MS Excel and presentation skills. A PMP or PRINCE2 certification is required, with PMI-ACP being a plus. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, analytical, and result-oriented, with the ability to adapt to a dynamic environment and work effectively as part of a team.
