Associate Vice President, ISC Dealer Team Lead, Investment Service Centre, Consumer Banking Group Greater Singapore Area

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President for its Investment Service Centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team, managing daily operations, and ensuring seamless workflow. This role involves overseeing complex escalations, driving business continuity planning, and maintaining disaster recovery protocols. The AVP will also be tasked with executing equity trades, assisting clients with trading and settlement matters, and ensuring adherence to internal controls, regulatory requirements, and operational risk frameworks. Applicants should have a degree in finance, business, or accounting, with 4-6 years of relevant work experience. CMFAS Modules 1A, 6, and 6A certifications are required, or equivalent CMFAS certifications. The role demands strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced trading environment, and a collaborative team-player mindset. The AVP will be expected to work various shift hours and public holidays and must have excellent customer handling skills, with a focus on resolving issues and building rapport. A strong understanding of capital markets and the ability to adhere strictly to banking and regulatory requirements are essential.
