Associate Vice President, Software Engineering Greater Singapore Area

The Company is seeking an Assistant VP, Software Engineering to play a pivotal role in the design, development, and delivery of scalable, secure, and high-quality software solutions. This hands-on technical leader will be responsible for a range of activities, including software development, design of system components, secure software development, testing, and quality engineering. The successful candidate will also be involved in system integration, SDLC, and delivery excellence, and will be expected to maintain operational ownership of services, contribute to production reliability, and improve productivity through automation. A key aspect of the role is the application of agentic AI across the SDLC to enhance the software delivery process. Candidates for this role at the company should have a proven track record in building and supporting production-grade applications in complex enterprise environments. Essential skills include strong hands-on experience with modern programming languages and frameworks, cloud platforms, containerization, and cloud-native services, as well as a solid understanding of security, resiliency, and operational excellence in high-availability, regulated environments. The role requires strong communication and collaboration skills, the ability to mentor junior engineers, and a Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline.
