Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), Technology Scale-Up

The Company is seeking a Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to play a pivotal role in the organization's growth, innovation, and transformation. The CHRO will be a trusted strategic advisor, responsible for aligning the people strategy with commercial objectives, and ensuring the business can scale sustainably while maintaining its entrepreneurial culture and performance ethos. This high-impact position involves leading the development and execution of a forward-looking human capital strategy, with a focus on organizational capability, leadership effectiveness, and value-driven growth. The successful candidate will also be instrumental in enterprise-wide transformation, leading initiatives in culture, employee experience, performance, and reward, and driving the next phase of HR transformation through the use of technology, data, and emerging HR practices. The ideal candidate for the CHRO role at the company will have 15-20+ years of progressive HR leadership experience in high-growth, dynamic environments, particularly within technology, fintech, healthcare, life sciences, or similar innovative sectors. They must have a proven track record of partnering with CEOs and Boards, leading large-scale transformation agendas, and delivering measurable business outcomes through people strategies. Beyond technical HR expertise, the role requires a commercially minded executive with the ability to challenge constructively, influence at the highest levels, and act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership. The CHRO will be expected to balance strategic vision with operational excellence, and be comfortable in a role that is both strategic and hands-on, with a focus on long-term transformation and practical execution.
