Head of Financial Lines Broking

The successful candidate will set strategic direction for the division, build relationships with underwriting partners, and strengthen market positioning. They will also lead, mentor, and develop a team of brokers while pursuing substantial revenue targets. Candidates should have a proven record as a top-producing financial lines broker and deep technical expertise across the relevant insurance areas.
