Head of HNW Case Management

The Company is seeking a Head of HNW Case Management to lead a specialist team handling complex high- and ultra-high-net-worth life insurance cases from submission through policy issuance. Responsibilities include overseeing case progression, serving as the escalation point for priority and non-standard applications, and coordinating with distribution partners, underwriting teams, reinsurers, and medical providers. The role also involves reviewing documentation, anticipating underwriting requirements, guiding distributors, and monitoring turnaround times and case outcomes. The successful candidate will maintain strong governance and regulatory compliance while improving workflows and developing the case management operating model. Applicants should hold a degree in a relevant discipline and have approximately 10 years of experience in life insurance new business, case management, underwriting operations, or a related field. At least four to five years of experience with complex HNW or UHNW cases and prior team leadership are required. Candidates should bring strong knowledge of life insurance underwriting, medical and financial requirements, and experience coordinating with reinsurers; familiarity with offshore or Bermuda-regulated insurance is particularly relevant. Strong stakeholder communication, sound judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities are essential. Insurance qualifications or knowledge of Singapore- and Hong Kong-regulated products are advantageous.
