Head of IT Retail Application Architecture

The Company is seeking a Head of IT Retail Application Architecture to shape its long-term technical vision and architectural standards. The role will define and maintain enterprise architecture strategy and governance across legacy and modern platforms, while developing scalable, resilient, and secure approaches for customer relationship management, e-commerce, and omnichannel systems. Responsibilities include guiding the adoption of AI, automation, and data-driven capabilities; leading architecture governance; and balancing innovation with risk, compliance, cost, and security. The successful candidate will align technical roadmaps with business priorities, improve business processes and system stability, and lead, mentor, and develop architecture teams and delivery partners. Candidates should have a strategic enterprise architecture background and a proven record of transforming complex, multinational organizations. Experience architecting and governing enterprise-grade CRM and e-commerce systems, along with at least three years of direct team management, is required. Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business strategies are essential. A bachelor’s degree is required; no additional qualifications are specified.
