Vice President, Security Education & Awareness, Group Information Security

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Security Education and Awareness within its Group Information Security division. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and updating educational materials related to IT security policies, regulations, and guidelines, with a focus on individual responsibilities for safeguarding information assets. This role involves designing and delivering training modules and simulations to enhance the practical cybersecurity experience and promote a culture of responsibility towards information security. The VP will also be tasked with ensuring that the educational content is aligned with organizational goals, and compliant with security standards and regulations, and will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to develop engaging and relevant training. Applicants for the Vice President position should have a degree in IT, mass communications, or business, with a preference for those holding a related professional qualification in cybersecurity. Experience in creating and delivering education and awareness programs is essential, as is a strong understanding of human behavior in the context of social engineering and security. The role requires a self-starter with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, who is process- and stakeholder-oriented, and has the ability to maintain a high level of trust and confidence with stakeholders. A cheerful personality and a passion for working with people are also valued traits for this position.
