Interim Head of Operations APAC, Asset Management

The Company is seeking a Head of Operations for Asset Management to shape and lead operational strategy and transformation across the APAC region. Responsibilities include ensuring effective service delivery, regulatory compliance, and robust controls; improving efficiency and capacity; and aligning regional operations with broader business objectives. The role also involves leading change initiatives for new products and operating models, managing third-party resources, and developing training that builds flexible, multi-skilled teams. The successful candidate will establish effective oversight and governance, support client interactions and due diligence, and collaborate with global stakeholders and strategic partners. Candidates should bring extensive senior operational experience in asset management and a strong understanding of APAC operations and regulatory environments. A track record of transformation, process improvement, change leadership, and developing effective training programs is required, along with strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Experience managing third-party talent and engaging with clients, investors, or regulators is beneficial. Familiarity with relevant regulatory and accountability frameworks, and a demonstrated commitment to ethical conduct, integrity, and compliance, are also expected.
