Vice President, AI Solution Lead, AI Transformation Department Greater Singapore Area

The Company is seeking a VP, AI Solution Lead for its AI Transformation Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning and driving assigned AI initiatives from end to end, including use-case definition, requirements structuring, implementation, and post-implementation review. This role requires the ability to manage all aspects of the initiative, such as scope, schedule, budget, risk, and escalation, as well as the translation of business requirements into structured workstreams and project documentation. The VP, AI Solution Lead will also be the key interface between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that initiatives comply with the company's AI governance, data management, and operational risk frameworks. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree or above in business, economics, data, or technology, with 7-10 years' experience in consulting, technology, or financial services, particularly in the area of AI or data transformation. Experience within or serving a Japanese financial institution and proficiency in both English and Japanese are essential. The role demands a candidate with a strong background in requirements definition, business analysis, project and program management, and a working knowledge of generative AI, AI agents, and prompt design. The ideal candidate will be adept at driving initiatives from an ambiguous starting point, influencing and securing approval across multiple internal layers, and leading small teams or matrixed workstreams. Resilience, adaptability, and a high level of integrity are also key attributes for this position.
