Vice President, Product Owner, Fraud & Mules, Group Legal, Compliance & Secretariat Greater Singapore Area

The Company is seeking a Product Owner for its Fraud and Mules Engine within the Group Legal, Compliance, and Secretariat division. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and delivering program initiatives that align with business outcomes on a regional scale. This role requires the development of business cases, management of program financials, and close collaboration with stakeholders to understand and implement business requirements. The Product Owner will also be tasked with prioritizing program backlogs, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring the effective execution of the program using an agile approach. Applicants should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with a strong background in business analysis, particularly within the financial services industry. Technical skills in the Fraud and Mules domain, including associated business processes and applications, are advantageous. The role demands excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, as well as the ability to work with cross-functional and cross-geography teams. A solid understanding of agile methodology, experience with project management tools, and a Bachelor's degree are required, with a preference for candidates holding a Project Management (Agile) and/or Business Analyst certification. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, possess a strong ownership mentality, and be adept at managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
