Vice President, Application Development Technical Analyst Greater Singapore Area

The Company is seeking a senior Applications Development Technical Analyst to lead application systems analysis and programming activities. The role involves partnering with technology and business teams to integrate functions, identify system enhancements, and deliver new capabilities and process improvements. Responsibilities include resolving complex, high-impact issues; ensuring application designs align with architecture standards; and establishing coding, testing, debugging, and implementation practices. The analyst will also develop solutions through in-depth analysis, advise and coach developers and analysts, and support sound risk management and compliance. Candidates should have 8–15 years of relevant experience in application development or systems analysis, with extensive Java, J2EE, Angular, and microservices programming expertise. Experience managing successful projects and subject-matter knowledge of workflow or case management systems and the cards and banking domains are required. Strong leadership, project management, communication, prioritization, and rapid prototyping skills are important, along with experience using AI development tools. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required; a master’s degree is preferred.
