Vice President, End User Services Site Reliability Engineer Lead Greater Singapore Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President, End User Services Site Reliability Engineer Lead to establish reliability engineering across end-user services. The role will define service indicators, observability, dashboards, monitoring, and alerting, and operationalize service-level objectives, error budgets, and reliability reporting. Responsibilities include building automation and self-healing workflows to reduce manual effort, leading root-cause analysis and problem management, and improving service capacity, resilience, and performance. The successful candidate will serve as a senior technical escalation point, develop the SRE operating model, mentor regional engineering champions, and embed reliability practices into service design. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related discipline, and 8–12 years of relevant experience in SRE, infrastructure or platform engineering, end-user computing, or IT operations. Strong hands-on scripting and orchestration skills are required, along with experience operating SLIs, SLOs, error budgets, and reliability KPIs. Applicants should have deep knowledge of Microsoft 365, endpoint management, Windows, and iOS, plus experience with observability, digital employee experience, and IT service management tools. Strong incident analysis, problem management, and automation-led operational improvement skills are essential; regulated financial services experience and relevant technical or IT service management certifications are advantageous.
