Vice President, Human Resources, APME

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Human Resources for the Asia Pacific and Middle East region. This strategic and transformative leadership role is pivotal in driving the people agenda across a diverse and dynamic area. The successful candidate will be a key member of the regional leadership team, instrumental in leading transformation, culture change, and driving organizational capability to enable business growth. Responsibilities include acting as a strategic advisor to the regional President and leadership teams, and partnering with global Centers of Expertise and People Services teams to deliver exceptional employee experiences and business outcomes. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned HR leader with a commercial mindset, a passion for building high-performance, purpose-led cultures, and a strong track record of partnering with manufacturing businesses across the APME markets. Deep expertise in leading large-scale transformation and organizational change within complex, global environments is essential. The role requires the ability to influence and build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across geographies and cultures. Experience in a contemporary HR operating model and prior international work experience, particularly outside of APME, is highly valued.
