Vice President, IAM API & Integration Engineer, Technology Group Greater Singapore Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President, IAM API & Integration Engineer to design, build, and own a secure, consistent API and integration layer for identity and access management capabilities. Responsibilities include developing integrations across IAM systems, establishing API standards and security guardrails, and serving as the design authority for consistency across teams. The role also involves building and operating resilient, event-driven services on cloud and Kubernetes infrastructure, with high availability, disaster recovery, and monitoring. The successful candidate will secure the platform, guide service partners and vendors, mentor engineers, and drive adoption across the organization. Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, information technology, or an equivalent field, along with at least 10 years of hands-on software engineering experience and five years in IAM engineering. Required expertise includes building API integration layers for IAM systems, working with identity protocols and API design, and production development in Java or Python. Experience with secrets management, infrastructure as code, CI/CD, Kubernetes, and AWS is also required, as is familiarity with AI coding tools. Strong communication and technical leadership skills are essential; relevant certifications and experience with additional identity, service mesh, or event-streaming technologies are advantageous.
