Vice President, IAM Platform Engineer (Secrets Management & Authorization), Technology Group Greater Singapore Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President, IAM Platform Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and organization-wide rollout of secrets management and authorization platforms. Responsibilities include developing secure, highly available architectures; replacing long-lived credentials with dynamic secrets; building integrations and reusable onboarding patterns for engineering teams; and managing platform infrastructure as code. The role also includes ensuring the platforms’ reliability, driving adoption, and overseeing implementation partners while enabling internal teams to operate the platforms independently. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, information technology, or an equivalent field, at least 10 years of relevant experience, and a minimum of five years in IAM or secrets management engineering. Deep production experience with secrets management, along with strong skills in Terraform, Ansible, Git-based CI/CD, Kubernetes, and AWS, is required. Applicants should understand policy-based authorization, OAuth2, OIDC, JWT, PKI, and cryptography, and have scripting or coding experience in Python, Go, or Bash. Strong communication, platform adoption, and vendor leadership skills are also important; relevant technical certifications are an advantage.
