Vice President, Infrastructure Cyber Technology Support Lead Greater Singapore Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Infrastructure Cyber Technology Support Lead to oversee the reliable operation and lifecycle management of cybersecurity platforms and their supporting infrastructure. The role leads day-to-day support, service quality, incident and change processes, patching, monitoring, troubleshooting, and operational risk management across endpoint, server, network, and data protection environments. The successful candidate will coordinate infrastructure resources for cybersecurity initiatives, ensure new capabilities are production-ready, and serve as the central infrastructure contact for strategic cyber programmes. Responsibilities also include managing escalations, vendors, service metrics, documentation, operational controls, and continuous improvement. Candidates should have more than 10 years of relevant experience in infrastructure operations, technology service management, cybersecurity platform support, or related enterprise technology roles, including proven leadership of operations or production-support teams. Strong knowledge of enterprise cybersecurity platforms and experience managing service levels, availability, incidents, changes, patching, monitoring, and platform lifecycles are required. Applicants should be skilled in coordinating cross-functional technology implementations and translating technical standards into sustainable operating procedures. Experience in regulated or high-availability environments, along with understanding of audit, risk, controls, business continuity, and disaster recovery, is preferred; strong leadership, communication, planning, and stakeholder-management skills are essential.
