Vice President, Infrastructure Project Management Office Lead Greater Singapore Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Infrastructure Project Management Office Lead to support oversight of a strategic technology project portfolio. Responsibilities include coordinating governance, financial management, resource planning, and timely delivery; maintaining portfolio dashboards and management reports; and tracking budgets, costs, and resource utilization. The role also facilitates coordination among internal teams, stakeholders, and vendors, supports PMO administration and documentation, and drives improvements to governance and reporting processes. Candidates should have at least five years of experience in PMO, portfolio management, or project management, preferably in banking, financial services, or IT infrastructure. They should bring knowledge of vendor management, budget planning, financial tracking, cost management, and resource planning, along with the ability to coordinate multiple priorities and strong attention to detail. Proactive ownership and excellent written and verbal communication skills are required. Project management or PMO certification and experience with analytical and reporting tools are desirable.
