Vice President, Investment Accounting Greater Singapore Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Investment Accounting to deliver accounting and reporting services for insurance clients. Responsibilities include supporting monthly close, leading client and departmental initiatives, and improving reporting processes and controls. The role also involves contributing to business growth and client implementation, representing the accounting function on cross-functional projects, and coordinating with external service providers. The successful candidate will advise clients on accounting matters, train team members, review regulatory reconciliations, and support audits and follow-up actions. Candidates should have at least eight years of experience in investments or financial markets, with a strong understanding of investment accounting. Knowledge of insurance companies and applicable regulatory and accounting standards—including IFRS, US Statutory, and US GAAP—is preferred. A CA, CPA, or similar qualification and familiarity with general ledger tools are advantageous. SQL, databases, product-specific reporting requirements, and experience using digital tools to improve manual processes are also desirable.
