Vice President, Senior Credit Analyst

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Senior Credit Analyst to manage client portfolios and assess business risks in line with established risk frameworks. Responsibilities include preparing credit applications, conducting financial modelling, and coordinating approvals for facility changes, covenant reviews, and deal updates. The role also involves evaluating credit risk, financial statements, ratings, and loan classifications for large corporate accounts. The successful candidate will monitor deal terms and covenants, oversee collateral data quality, track early warning indicators, and support internal and external audits. Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in accountancy, business, finance, economics, or a related field, and have at least eight years of experience in credit analysis and risk management. A strong background in complex corporate transactions, including acquisition and project financing, is required. Applicants should also demonstrate expertise in financial spreading and loan portfolio monitoring.
