Vice President, TMT / Digital Infrastructure

The Company is seeking a Vice President or Director to drive regional growth and deal origination in the digital infrastructure sector across Asia-Pacific. Responsibilities include leading client coverage and strategic cross-selling, structuring and executing complex transactions with multidisciplinary teams, and managing high-value client relationships to grow accounts and meet commercial targets. The role also involves monitoring market intelligence, industry developments, and sector trends to inform client pitches and business strategy. Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or an equivalent field, and have at least 10 years of corporate or investment banking experience, including exposure to relevant sector transactions. Required capabilities include credit evaluation, Excel-based financial modeling, and preparing pitch presentations. Strong client relationship and deal execution experience will support success in this role.
