Vice President, System Analyst, Integration Specialist, APAC Payments Greater Singapore Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President, System Analyst, Integration Specialist for its APAC Payments team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the design and delivery of transaction banking payment platforms across the Asia Pacific region. This techno-functional position is responsible for bridging the gap between payments requirements, architecture, and engineering, and translating various business, regulatory, operational, and enterprise-system needs into technical solutions. Key responsibilities include techno-functional analysis and planning, payments and integration design, data mapping, technical documentation, delivery, testing, and governance. The role also involves stakeholder, vendor, and capability leadership, acting as the bridge across product, architecture, engineering, testing, operations, and vendors. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 10 years' experience in senior system analyst, integration specialist, solution design, or related roles within the financial services sector, with a focus on payments or transaction banking. Strong knowledge of payment systems, integration, and experience with payment hubs or processing platforms is essential, with a preference for those with experience in Oracle Banking Payments. The role requires advanced technical and delivery skills, including experience in full SDLC, and the ability to lead complex initiatives. Professional attributes should include strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, as well as the ability to operate effectively in a regulated environment.
