Vice President, Treasury Services Product Head

The Company is seeking a Vice President to lead Treasury Services product strategy for Singapore and co-lead the modernization of cash management platforms across multiple Southeast Asian markets. Responsibilities include defining product roadmaps and requirements, guiding platform migrations while managing operational and client impact, and ensuring strong risk, control, and resilience practices. The role will lead and develop the Singapore product team, shape payment and liquidity solutions, and partner with sales, technology, operations, and other teams on client strategy, product development, and commercialization. The Vice President will also engage with regulators and industry forums, support client solutioning, and drive innovation, automation, and operational efficiency. Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in finance or a related discipline and have at least 10 years of experience in cash management product or transaction banking. Required qualifications include a strong record in product strategy and leadership, expertise in corporate treasury workflows, working capital management, foreign exchange, and regulatory and control matters, plus experience with multi-market platform migrations and product commercialization. The role also calls for client solutioning and proposal experience, strong stakeholder influence, people management skills, and the ability to engage with regulators and industry initiatives. Experience in trade finance, merchant acquiring, or agile product development is an advantage.
