This includes driving customer engagement and adoption, supporting marketing and growth campaigns, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and optimizing the customer experience and journey. The role demands a strong execution mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams, as well as excellent coordination, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Applicants must have a degree in business, finance, engineering, or a relevant field, and be proficient in Excel and MS Office tools. The position requires a self-driven individual who is organized and capable of following through on end-to-end execution. Responsibilities also include data analysis, experimentation, and the use of data and AI/ML to enhance customer interactions.
