Applicants must have a minimum of 8-10 years' experience in a banking operations environment, with a preference for those with a background in securities operations. The role demands a professional with a strong knowledge of MAS and SGX processing, as well as experience in driving change and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SQL, and data analysis techniques is essential, and expertise in tax matters is advantageous.
