The Company is in search of a Business and Client Enablement Analyst to join its Global Corporate Coverage (GCC) team. This role is pivotal in providing senior oversight of client lifecycle governance and strategic execution across the APAC and MEA regions. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the senior oversight of GCC client lifecycle priorities, setting risk- and business-based priorities, and providing authoritative advice on complex client lifecycle, policy, and control matters. Additionally, the role involves leading cross-functional resolution of material bottlenecks, assessing operational and financial-crime risks, and maintaining effective governance through management information and trend analysis. Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in corporate banking or a business execution/COO function, with a strong understanding of complex client structures, KYC, AML/AFC requirements, and associated regulatory obligations. The role requires a proven track record in leading cross-functional initiatives, resolving client issues, and driving delivery across regional and global teams. Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills are essential, as is the ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be highly self-directed, resilient, and collaborative, with the leadership presence expected of a Vice President. Experience in using automation or AI to improve processes is advantageous, and a commitment to the responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs is a must.
