Senior Vice President, Risk Manager, Portfolio Execution & Solutions Group

The Company is seeking a VP/SVP for its Business Solutions & Risk team within the Portfolio Execution and Solutions Group. This role is pivotal in establishing a risk oversight function that spans trading, treasury, securities financing, beta management, and portfolio solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping and building the in-business risk coverage framework, supporting the formalization of the risk governance structure, and partnering with the business to deliver independent risk analytics and oversight. Key tasks include designing and operating risk frameworks, providing regular risk updates, and collaborating with quantitative investment research to develop tailored risk tools and dashboards. Applicants should have substantial experience in a relevant buy-side, sell-side, or asset-management context, with a focus on portfolio management, trading, treasury, securities financing, or in-business risk aligned to these functions. A strong working knowledge of risk management in at least one of the specified areas is essential, as is cross-asset exposure and familiarity with industry risk and analytics platforms. The role requires the ability to analyze large data sets, build models, and reports, and a collaborative approach to working across teams. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of integrity, sound judgment, and the ability to engage proactively with both internal and external stakeholders.
