The Company is seeking a Vice President for Client Service Management in Global Payments and Trade. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading strategic client service for Vietnam, managing premium clients in the region, and driving executive-level communications and service reviews. This role requires a consultative approach to elevate the client experience, conduct regular client calls, and act as a trusted advisor. The Vice President will also be the senior escalation point for client issues, orchestrate cross-functional partnerships, and champion digital enablement and process transformation across transaction banking. To be successful in this role, candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with at least 10 years of relevant product or financial experience in banking or client service. Fluency in business Vietnamese is essential, and proficiency in another Asian language is an advantage. A strong foundation in transaction banking product knowledge, excellent interpersonal skills, and a positive attitude are required. The role also demands strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to managing transformation initiatives. The Vice President will be expected to maintain industry best practices, offer value-added services, and support multiple geographies and client accounts across the APAC region.
