About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Financial Crime Compliance Technology with a focus on Transaction Filtering, Name Screening, and KYC. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the FCOA Technology team in a range of functional and technical tasks, including project management, incident management, and the maintenance of financial crime compliance systems. This role requires a professional with at least 10 years of hands-on technology experience, particularly in the delivery of system rollouts and functional enhancements within a banking or financial services environment. Experience in technology project management, business system analysis, and production support is essential, with a preference for candidates who have prior experience in managing KYC, name screening, and transaction filtering systems. Applicants for this role at the company should possess a Bachelor's degree or above and demonstrate a strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skill set. Knowledge of Actimize and/or HotScan systems, as well as SWIFT payment message types, is advantageous. The role demands excellent communication and presentation skills, the ability to manage competing priorities, and a proactive approach to engaging with internal stakeholders. The Vice President will also be expected to lead or participate in initiatives that enhance technology governance over financial crime or core compliance systems and to support ad-hoc requests as needed. A background in AI-related projects within the financial crime compliance domain is a plus, and the candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
