The successful candidate will have independent end-to-end responsibility for the implementation process, serving as the primary interface with clients to establish products and services. The Technical Implementation Advisor will also be involved in client management, sales, and RFP opportunities, and must be adept at escalation management with various stakeholders. Applicants for the Technical Implementation Advisor position at the company should have 3 to 4 years' experience in managing eChannels service implementations, with a preference for those who have worked with H2H, API, SWIFT, and eGIRO. Experience in eChannels, file integration, data mapping, and various payment/collection data across the Asia region is essential.
