The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President to lead the development of agentic governance and resilience frameworks within its Group Operations Capability Centre. This senior leadership role is pivotal in shaping the governance, resiliency, and control frameworks for customer-facing agentic AI solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and operationalizing these frameworks, ensuring alignment with the company's data and AI governance standards. Key responsibilities include leading the development of risk-based controls and SOPs for autonomous chat and voice agents, designing operational guardrails for high availability, and partnering with cross-functional teams to meet regulatory and security standards. The role also involves team leadership, capability building, and driving change management for the successful adoption of new risk and governance-related processes. Applicants for this role at the company should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, with a minimum of 12-15 years' experience in program and risk management, and at least 7-10 years in a leadership position related to digital transformation or compliance/governance initiatives, particularly in the context of automation, AI, or intelligent solutions within the retail banking sector. Deep expertise in AI/ML governance, operational risk management, and digital transformation within a large-scale financial services environment is essential. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of generative and agentic AI architectures, as well as a proven ability to influence senior business stakeholders. Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills, along with strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, are also required.
