Senior Vice President, Business Analyst, AI

The Company is seeking a Senior VP Business Analyst with a focus on AI to lead and drive large-scale business transformation initiatives within the wholesale banking sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end business transformation, combining business analysis and project management, and will play a key role in influencing senior stakeholders and leading strategic initiatives. This highly visible position requires a passion for transforming complex banking operations through automation, AI, and process innovation, with a specific emphasis on redesigning business processes that impact client onboarding and transaction banking. Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years' experience in business analysis, business transformation, or project management within wholesale banking or financial services, with a proven track record of transforming manual operational processes into automated, digital solutions. Experience in client onboarding is a plus. The role demands strong business analysis skills, excellent stakeholder management, and the ability to work across Agile and Waterfall delivery environments. A consulting background, particularly with Big Four or management consulting experience, is highly regarded. The Senior VP will be expected to champion innovation, identify opportunities for AI and automation, and support the continuous improvement of operational efficiency and client experience.
