Vice President, Group Channels & Digitalization Greater Singapore Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Group Channels and Digitalization. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing strategic priorities, operational governance, and continuous improvement in self-service machines and customer experience. This includes managing stakeholder relationships, overseeing the performance and service quality of self-service machines, and driving operational excellence across the network. The role also involves ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, governance standards, and operational risk controls, as well as championing customer experience initiatives to enhance service quality and customer journeys. Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline and a minimum of 10 years' experience in banking management, self-service channel management, customer service, or related functions. The role requires a proven track record in managing customer complaints, service recovery, and driving customer-centric outcomes. Strong understanding of branch operations, self-service banking technologies, and customer service management is essential, as is experience in vendor management, operational governance, and risk management. The ideal candidate will have strong project management capabilities, an agile mindset, and the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
