The Company is seeking an Assistant Vice President for a global, permanent or 12-month rotational assignment in Digital Workflow, Automation, and AI. The successful candidate will be part of a strategic operations team that is dedicated to transformation delivery, project execution, business analysis, and operational initiatives. This role is pivotal in the continuous investment in learning and technology solutions to ensure a seamless client experience. The AVP will be responsible for supporting the identification, build, and deployment of automation and digital workflow solutions, including mapping candidate processes, supporting the design of target workflows, drafting requirements, and supporting deployment into the business. Applicants should have a minimum of 4 years' experience in private assets accounting or operations, with a background in automation or process improvement work. The role requires solid technical knowledge of private assets processes, exposure to automation tooling, and a strong analytical skill set. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, have advanced computer skills, and possess a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or economics. The AVP is expected to demonstrate deep technical and operational knowledge, curiosity, a transformational mindset, and a global perspective.
