Candidates for this role should have 12-15 years' of experience in private assets or a comparable financial services environment, with a strong background in automation and digital transformation. The role demands a leader with a proven track record in delivering automation, digital workflow, or AI initiatives, and a deep technical knowledge of private assets processes. Strong leadership, supervisory, and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to demonstrate a transformational mindset, commercial awareness, and a global perspective. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, with a professional accounting designation being a plus.
