The Company is seeking an Executive Vice President for Technology, Data, and Delivery within its Strategic Operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Data, Reporting & Platform Enablement and Digital Workflow, Automation & AI focus areas, setting priorities for technology-enabled change in private assets. This role requires a leader with a strong background in fund administration, alternative asset management, or a related financial services environment, and a proven track record of delivering large-scale technology, data, or platform initiatives. The EVP will own the business analysis and implementation discipline, set out operations' requirements with IT and the Transformation Office, and govern the delivery process to ensure high-quality and consistent results. Candidates for this role should have 12-15 years' of experience, with a deep understanding of private assets processes and the supporting platform estate. The role demands a leader with strong technical and operational knowledge, a transformational mindset, and a global perspective. The EVP will be expected to demonstrate strong leadership skills, supervisory experience, and the ability to build and develop a team. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, with a professional accounting designation being a plus. The ideal candidate will have a commercial and client-aware approach, be adept at stakeholder negotiation, and possess advanced computer skills.
