The Company is seeking a dynamic and self-motivated individual to join its Risk & Performance Management Department, specifically within the Operational Risk Management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving and managing the corporate operational risk management program, with a focus on data analytics to enhance risk and control oversight. This role involves building the enterprise risk capability, designing and embedding the ERM framework, and strengthening operational risk processes. The ideal candidate should have 8-12 years' experience in enterprise risk management, particularly within the financial services industry, and a direct background in operational risk management. Strong analytical skills, the ability to influence across different business areas, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential. As a key member of the team, the role includes partnering with the Head of Operational Risk to design the ERM framework, translating it into working artifacts, and leading the enterprise-level risk identification and assessment. The candidate will also be involved in developing enterprise-level risk reporting for the Executive Committee and Board Risk Committee. Additionally, the role requires the strengthening of core operational risk processes, including RCSA programs, risk event reporting, and business continuity practices. The ideal candidate should be adept at embracing change, communicating the need for change, and applying forward-thinking to initiate process improvements and transformation.
