The Company is seeking a Vice President, Human Resources for the APAC region. This strategic leadership role is pivotal in driving HR operations across the region, ensuring alignment with the company's mission and values. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing HR strategies that foster a collaborative and innovative culture, as well as providing proactive and reactive HR solutions to support the marketing and PR teams. Key responsibilities include talent acquisition and management, employee engagement, compliance, risk management, learning and development, performance management, and overseeing HR operations. The role also involves regional alignment with the global HR team, promoting cultural sensitivity, and leading inclusion initiatives. Applicants must have at least 10 years' of HR experience, with a strong background in the employment laws and landscape of the APAC region. A Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or a related field is required, with an advanced degree or HR certification being a plus. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, possess strong leadership and communication skills, and have expertise in talent management and employee engagement within a multi-country context. A solutions-oriented approach, technical proficiency in HRIS systems, and a demonstrated commitment to values that align with the company's ethos are essential. The role demands a resourceful, detail-oriented individual with the ability to work independently, make informed decisions, and effectively manage time and tasks.
