Head of Learning Academy & Talent Management

The Company is seeking a Head of Learning Academy and Talent Management to lead a team and serve as a strategic partner in driving the organization's talent, leadership, and learning agenda. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and executing an integrated talent management and learning strategy, including leadership development, succession planning, talent reviews, and high-potential programs. This role is pivotal in developing scalable talent and learning frameworks that enhance leadership pipelines, organizational capability, and a future-ready workforce. The Head of Learning Academy and Talent Management will also be expected to hone their skills in data and analytics to measure program effectiveness and provide data-driven insights to support the organization's growth and transformation. The ideal candidate will have 12 to 15 years' experience in talent management, learning and development, and organizational development, with a proven track record in designing and implementing enterprise-wide talent and development strategies. A Bachelor's degree is required, and postgraduate qualifications or professional certifications are a plus. The role demands a strategic and commercially minded HR professional with excellent stakeholder management skills, strong facilitation capabilities, and the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution. Experience in leading a team and managing external learning partners is also essential. The Head of Learning Academy and Talent Management will play a key role in fostering a culture of continuous learning, internal mobility, and leadership excellence, and will be instrumental in shaping and elevating enterprise-wide talent practices within the organization.
